Deanne Splear is the founder of AdminiSource Now and a Virtual Assistant.

Splear began her career in staffing within the corporate arena and quickly moved into human resources management. In this capacity, Splear was responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment, discipline and dismissal, payroll, and diversity, as well as acting as her own administrative assistant. Her work brought one concept into clearer and clearer focus:
the best business decision for many employers was to hire consultants.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and possessing the entrepreneurial spirit herself, Splear launched AdminiSource Now in 2005. She finds fulfillment and rewards in helping businesses and individuals accomplish their goals through her extensive skill set, so being a V.A. is a natural fit for her own personal and professional goals.

She earned a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Illinois at Springfield.

AdminiSource Now employs the latest technology, hardware and software to service your business. Splear continues ongoing training, development and advancement. She is an active member of International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
