Owner Deanne Splear has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and work experience in the staffing and human resources industry. She finds fulfillment and reward in partnering with businesses and individuals to help accomplish their goals and work towards a healthy work-life balance.

Deanne is an active member of International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), as well as active member of the Junior League of Kankakee County, an organization focused on serving the needs of the community.
